No independence, innovation, all the time the Indian staff has to be ready as a punch bag. - Non-working unethical laggards will be carefully and keenly selected as Directors, CIOs and as a CFO. - If you have too much Ego, Strength and blind will, then this is the place to work.

Company culture is undoubtedly excellent. Many kind activities also organised weekly once. Relationship between each employee is very friendly. Very comfortable to keep balance in your job and personal life.

Dislikes

There is no salary hike last two years for each employee. Promotion also very rare to see.

I am working in this company from past 3 years. Good working environment , We can learn so many things like work related stuffs or related to life also. One of the benefit is we have job security. U cannot loose ur jobs easily.. Career growth also is possible. One of the best thing i got from here is team mates. Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
