...areer Growth : I worked for 2 years I fulfilled my role without errors i got salary. Salary / Appraisal : Flat same % , If ur are a spy will get recognition , perks & recogn and all.. Travel : No LTA. Politics : Ok. Learning : I suggest to any one to join in Future Group - Learning scope is very high . By god bless i got huge exposure ,Nice stuff still i like due learning opportunity is high . I believe knowledge is worth.

...ey from every person, they did not give money, these people were on top of that.Even if you ask for your salary, this number is blocked or the check itself gives a mistake due to which the employee is not able to get the money.May God save the people working in such a place and those who have worked, there will be no tablets for this, they are just number one losers boss .

Just that I don't have any other opportunity..Coz honestly it is the worst place to work.

... here. They just lay off the employees without a proper notice and compensation. The only company who doesn't provide salary but expects people to come to the office everyday.

I haven't spent great time their as they hire me on contract base on lockdown period Bangalore location, but as per my 6 month experience they haven't covered all mention job profile activities, only covered graphic work of season ss, aw 22 and ss23, Overall job security, management, co policies was okay okay not so great, about salary is always delayed, travel reimbursement is still pending, Thanks to god they hired me on contract base only fulltime is quite difficult may be because of their co crises with amazon and reliance.

There is no salary band or position as per work experience. Poor salary, No proper decision making from top management. No work life balance. Very low career growth. Overall this place is not good for 4+ years of experience people.
