* Decision taken by management without any proper market servey. * Taking over same type of company with different name like Hypercity, Heritage, Nilgiri etc, when you have Big Bazaar & Food Bazaar. * Before opening store need proper market servey.

Good Work experience there are whole teammates are supportive they are also help everyone seniors behave as a family member there are also appreciate for work

There are growing to late and salary process after sometime they will not encrize and salary growth

...e working area, where we learn a lots of things that help us to look forward.. They are supporting lots during Covid-19 lockdown, they pay in every month during the Covid-19 period, yes not full salary but payout is manageable rather would say that we learn how manage or decrease our expenses.

Dislikes

The most uncertain things is that our company is sold out, and no one can't say about our/staffs future. In this cricis where every peoples are struggling to save their own jobs/position, but here we face that our dream company is sold out. It's a very sad news for Me.

There is a lots issue ,salary also not god ,no any training plan for next level,top management no decided for fist priority and given necessary pressure, career growth also slow, no any appreciation and reward for best performer.

Company has shown it's ugly face during the COVID 19 time, they deducted salary of staffs without even informing them. They harassed the staffs and even forced them to put down resignation not only that many of the staffs who exit the company a long time ago are still not getting the due Salary and Full & Final cleared.
