Its a good company to learn things. Work experience provides you better knowledge. Other than that you won't get anything related to career growth or better pay. This is one of the company that pay the very basic.

Future group is an good place to work but you won't get your full salary as the contract members will always try to charge for something else on your salary. So you won't get your full salary, in that case you won't get any support from anyone in future group.

Not giving full salary. We have to work hard but the salary will be charged by contract members

More involvement of family member and doesn't have knowledge of operation management as per products.. Not following any policies, Human resource department working as per family members instruction..
