...le management is biased with people who lives on back polishing and flattering . Compensation policy is not competitive with competitor companies.

Dislikes

Long duty hours less work life balance.Career growth limited if you dont have a good connection with higher management.Weekly offs cancelled without any proper reason even for reason which is not connected with your job role.

It's a very good company to start with. You get to learn many things. If your searching for job security , salary, Learning,then you are in correct path.

It's nothing to dislike but still you get less number of holidays

Salary and incentive part is very best across any other retailor. FG provides continuous training to all the employees. Team mates all are very cooperative we feel its 2nd home. We celebrate all the festivals very grandfully. Our bosses also very co operative and supportive to us.

Dislikes

Growth is very low for support staffs. Have to work more tham 9 hours some times. Appreciations only through mails no certificates or monetary reward.
