Overall all that good but you should wants to utilize employees skill for further future but some politicians are here who don't want to grow our staff that s really very bad. Apport from this other companies give good opportunity for future growth after one or two years spending but here is not available. So please think about this.its really good for company also because they spend much more resources for trained the staff when he capable to do more output then why think go out side.

Salary is comfortable as employee accept in interview but the incentive plan is terrible if you are working for salary it is good. But you think about incentives it is equals to nothing. If you are able to feel the work in this than only you can able to know the internal things. Facilities for employees (like all limited companies ) like ESIC And other discount facilities for employees if you are not aware of it then they will not take interest to provide on time. If you are satisfied with salary than you can work or for growth also.

Employee services facilities (esic ,edc, incentives about to nothing ) are bad .

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
