During 1 year journey to my first of this company has gained amazing experience about training period, job security, career growth, achieving goals on daily basis, excellent experience about work environment which I mostly enjoyed, senior cooperation, friendly gesture, timely advice another point this company is vastly upgraded to every month I love to being a part of a high growth achievement of this company

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12 to 14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. I've received every calls and revert every mails of my clients but seniors mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals, which is painful for sometime.

I was feared for covid19,but brandfactory given TRAINING , how to handle customers in corona time... then fear was gone ....

In lockdown period more employees are given resignation bcz of less salary....

This is retail where future group today standing. I am happy because everyday I am helping to customer and I am also getting salary. Brand factory is a big sea where different different fishes are swimming like that I am feeling proud bcz I am working with a biggest team.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto

Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

* Decision taken by management without any proper market servey. * Taking over same type of company with different name like Hypercity, Heritage, Nilgiri etc, when you have Big Bazaar & Food Bazaar. * Before opening store need proper market servey.
