The organisation has not supported the employees throughout the pandemic for 3 months consecutively without paying them their salary

I worked in warehouse and Central JP store maximum 2 and half years , all stocks are inward and outward, and maintain for all registered book, SAP is very excellent and all store manager also very support,

As a teammember I can say all my colleagues was excellent because they belongs to the same platform as I am, they are like second family. Work environment aslo too good, this is the best place of my work experience. All employees are very fair in nature and no humilation is there. Office politics are there but that is very low. They value their employee, gives opportunity for growth as per their performance as I got promotion in very little period of time as my performance appriciation. Also I like the culture of rejoining old employees and they trusts us in our development period. They are really good family. And thr best part of the company is learning and training procedures. They have full of training to improve their employees skill and I have learnt a lot for my future. Overall this is a good company with few internal problem in inventory. I would like to thank my seniors for supporting me for my betterment and our Store manager Ms. Sweta Banerjee (Rajarhat store) is really a good pereon who helped me a lot and last but not the least I would like to thank Mr. Sourav Deb who was like my mentor and idol of many people like me. Thanks and a wish an wonderful journey to all current members.
