I was on third party payroll -Sycophantic people -Partiality -favouritism -worst management -no pay for overtime unless you beg for it and still you will not get it -no good salary hike for new hired -no increment for the people who are tenured and on payroll -pay is peanuts -stretched working hours everyday -unrealistic expectations -no work life balance -outdated technology and systems to work on projects -no proper knowledge or following practise to Develop a project -Worst behaviour of upper management -holds or never give your Overtime payment as they expect to people stretch hours and work on Saturdays without pay -If you work on Saturday from office AC will be off due to maintenance -hires at whatever cost or compensation as discussed with you in the interview and then can lay you off giving a reason, “due to cost reduction we have to vacate you from your current designation” -advice to everyone out there, DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY EVER, I repeat DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY EVER. EVEN IN YOUR WORST CONDITION. IF YOU DID YOU WILL RUIN YOUR CAREER FOREVER This office is located in I-Think lodha campus, behind Viviana mall, Thane-Mumbai -This company does not even deserve one star or to be on Ambitionbox

I like to work in this company culture i am enjoying my work here I have taken 2 promotion in 2 years , also learn some new things here so overall my experience is good here

In our channel there is no appraisal, we need take promotion for salary hike i am not talking about myself but behalf of my colleagues who short for the promotion .

Zero overall. Top management is good for nothing. From the time of interview, they will keep asking you for policy. If you cannot give any policy then they will say your salary will be on hold and You will recieve Termination letter. Think before you join, if you have good relationship and can built good agency then go otherwise think twice. No holiday for you even in Sunday too.

salary is decent but increment is less on promotion, internal competition is high. Only 2 office locations operating currently in bangalore, staff is crowded.
