I like to work in this company culture i am enjoying my work here I have taken 2 promotion in 2 years , also learn some new things here so overall my experience is good here

In our channel there is no appraisal, we need take promotion for salary hike i am not talking about myself but behalf of my colleagues who short for the promotion .

I don't think I have any good experience with this , one person boss of my boss I a great guy who has the ability to develop employee

no salary hikes , bad working culture , pressure , no life work balance and after done something best no one going to boost your moral.

Terrible training, no support from branch, too hard to sustain for the people who are new to insurance industry. They give training as their wish. i got my induction training after 3 months which has to be given on the 1st week of joining. they give some brochures & pdf documents to us and we need to pick up ourselves. the trainings will be given as per their convenience and wish.

there is no personal life no timings no week off in reality ,always running for making advisor and business , aslo ur pf and fnf clearings will took time

Nothing only salary package is good

Zero overall. Top management is good for nothing. From the time of interview, they will keep asking you for policy. If you cannot give any policy then they will say your salary will be on hold and You will recieve Termination letter. Think before you join, if you have good relationship and can built good agency then go otherwise think twice. No holiday for you even in Sunday too.
