FFI was my career manager and my deputed client location was TCS. Poor management. They delay in crediting salary. They dont pick calls. Jayakumar and Sharmila often avoid my calls if i ask them about salary.

They will treat you like their personal woker not employees. If you are going for a maternity leave you will never get your position back after joining back, they will decrease your designation and ask you to do recruitment but by designation you are a manager! Pathetic management & behaviour!

I really appreciate the company culture and how supportive and collaborative everyone seems to be. It seems like everyone is working together towards a common goal and I would be excited to be a part of that.I admire the company's commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
