If your changing project you will never get salary after submitting assets.They will torture like hell and from TCS there is not support and they will tell that that " your from Third part uh no especially they know about your from "FUTURE FOCUS " there will be not future. Only one thing that they pay salary on time.

They will treat you like their personal woker not employees. If you are going for a maternity leave you will never get your position back after joining back, they will decrease your designation and ask you to do recruitment but by designation you are a manager! Pathetic management & behaviour!

No salary increment, too much salary deduction from gross amount, no skill improvement, career growth is null. These all are applicable if any candidate join in MNC as Future Focus Infotech payroll.
