Now matter how much u know there is always a lot to learn unless you have the habit of do & learn, that is what i learned in Future Focus. Co-workers are always like a family. Giving resolution with in the time frame. When you give the resolution with in the time frame

...nies in third party payroll. In third party they will treat as only third party. If your changing project you will never get salary after submitting assets.They will torture like hell and from TCS there is not support and they will tell that that " your from Third part uh no especially they know about your from "FUTURE FOCUS " there will be not future. Future focus is manpower company which provides the employees to work in other company's jobs as per their requirements

...ndor company so as per client recommendation it takes action with the employees. They are only managing the salary part of the employees.

In increment time they are get mail from employee for 1 year stability and if you break this stability all increment you have to pay back to company otherwise you will not got reliving letter.
