Everything. No Future in this FFI Pvt. Ltd. They are simply hiring you for 3rd party role by reducing cost. Engineer is respectable job. But Company like these make it so terrible.

During the activity, finding system within the organisation & installing or re installing the standard applications used by company. Now matter how much u know there is always a lot to learn unless you have the habit of do & learn, that is what i learned in Future Focus. Co-workers are always like a family. Giving resolution with in the time frame. When you give the resolution with in the time frame

...nies in third party payroll. In third party they will treat as only third party. If your changing project you will never get salary after submitting assets.They will torture like hell and from TCS there is not support and they will tell that that " your from Third part uh no especially they know about your from "FUTURE FOCUS " there will be not future. Everything, no perks and benifits. They don't pay overtime money for 3-months. No discussion on increment. They only push things away for later. They hv nt even started wfo, so u can't go n meet them. If u call ur hr or manager 5-7 times then they may receive once as they are such a busy person. But if u ask them if there is any other project where u can be moved they will say currently they don't have. They never take ownership of employee who is deployed at at client location. If u want to be released then u have to resign from future focus. I did as it was the only way. Even they never arranged vaccination drive. I had to take it from out side on my own cost.

Not much to say good thing about company. It totally depends on the project assinged to you, I was deployed at Pharma Company and I learned a lot as a Server Administrator.

...is no communication between HR and you until and unless you asked for something. Salary is not as per market standard (30 % less) for Server Administrator. No salary increment, you've to take follow up for increment for a couple of months and if everything goes smooth you'll get 5% of increment and asked for one-year stability. Good things are never appreciated and bad things always highlight by them. No other benefits, no OT, no mobile/data card reimbursement for WFH, have to depend completely on the customer.

To work with future focus infotech client lupin i must say my health is secure to WFH,Got a instant access of all work realted apps because of good management and quick decision.company policies also define with all aspects of their employees to be work smoothly with client

In this para i honestly say as above question example ans is given that give good salary hike and bonus every year.its wrong about future focus..I never got any bonus and good salary hike in my 2.5 years careers.we have to follow up with reporting about salary hike
