They didn't support properly unable to connect with staff and HR for help and I was not getting my paid leave amount. So many times I tried to connect on emails but they didn't respond even i tried to connect with call and messeges no one will respond and that amount is still was not given by company.

Now matter how much u know there is always a lot to learn unless you have the habit of do & learn, that is what i learned in Future Focus. Co-workers are always like a family. ...nies in third party payroll. In third party they will treat as only third party. If your changing project you will never get salary after submitting assets.They will torture like hell and from TCS there is not support and they will tell that that " your from Third part uh no especially they know about your from "FUTURE FOCUS " there will be not future. It hires on contractual base however the client is TCS ,till the TCS wants you will be in TCS.Work culture of TCS is good,Management is also good.Company policies are ok

salary deduction calculation is worst,they only calculates working days and you are not paid for weekends,on this basis salary is deducted if you are taking leave.

Future focus is manpower company which provides the employees to work in other company's jobs as per their requirements

...ndor company so as per client recommendation it takes action with the employees. They are only managing the salary part of the employees.

To work with future focus infotech client lupin i must say my health is secure to WFH,Got a instant access of all work realted apps because of good management and quick decision.company policies also define with all aspects of their employees to be work smoothly with client

In this para i honestly say as above question example ans is given that give good salary hike and bonus every year.its wrong about future focus..I never got any bonus and good salary hike in my 2.5 years careers.we have to follow up with reporting about salary hike
