There is almost no job security and HR support is vey less. Always need to extend the working hours and when asked HR for an O.T then HR responds with the O.T is common in I.T field hence you will not get an O.T.

They didn't support properly unable to connect with staff and HR for help and I was not getting my paid leave amount. So many times I tried to connect on emails but they didn't respond even i tried to connect with call and messeges no one will respond and that amount is still was not given by company.

...nies in third party payroll. In third party they will treat as only third party. If your changing project you will never get salary after submitting assets.They will torture like hell and from TCS there is not support and they will tell that that " your from Third part uh no especially they know about your from "FUTURE FOCUS " there will be not future. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
