No job security it depends upon your project requirement and frequently release from client projects and salary is good.

Dislikes

They didn't support properly unable to connect with staff and HR for help and I was not getting my paid leave amount. So many times I tried to connect on emails but they didn't respond even i tried to connect with call and messeges no one will respond and that amount is still was not given by company.

If your changing project you will never get salary after submitting assets.They will torture like hell and from TCS there is not support and they will tell that that " your from Third part uh no especially they know about your from "FUTURE FOCUS " there will be not future. It hires on contractual base however the client is TCS ,till the TCS wants you will be in TCS.Work culture of TCS is good,Management is also good.Company policies are ok

salary deduction calculation is worst,they only calculates working days and you are not paid for weekends,on this basis salary is deducted if you are taking leave.
