...nies in third party payroll. In third party they will treat as only third party. If your changing project you will never get salary after submitting assets.They will torture like hell and from TCS there is not support and they will tell that that " your from Third part uh no especially they know about your from "FUTURE FOCUS " there will be not future. Future focus is manpower company which provides the employees to work in other company's jobs as per their requirements

...ndor company so as per client recommendation it takes action with the employees. They are only managing the salary part of the employees.

FFI was my career manager and my deputed client location was TCS. Poor management. They delay in crediting salary. They dont pick calls. Jayakumar and Sharmila often avoid my calls if i ask them about salary.

Good company for freshers to start their career with future..salary credited on time in our bank account,so.no salary issue at all.

They will treat you like their personal woker not employees. If you are going for a maternity leave you will never get your position back after joining back, they will decrease your designation and ask you to do recruitment but by designation you are a manager! Pathetic management & behaviour!
