Company is great good culture good process good package in Montreal canada, not in Indian Management is worst always you will be serving bond.

Indian Management is not good, increment will happen , depend on race.

Good company for learning enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals. Challenging targets and trying to be focused to get the performance ratings for a decent salary hike.

Routine work. No exposure to industry or technical knowledge. no direct contact with customers only background support is done.

Working environment is good and benefits from company is nice.. Bonus, quarterly awards that's nice thing in company..and will learn something about electronics components and global distribution process of electronic components

Dislikes

... my appraisal.. No one on one discussion with manager during appraisal period... And everytime they demand 2 years bond whovever sign bond will get decent hike and if we leave in bond period we need to pay 2 months salary and yearly bonus are given for six month bond agreement... And heavy politics our hard work get un noticed due to that... Management team must organize something for night shift employees they are completely left out people..

Zero work pressure... Once you logout no one will bother you. You even get fancy designation as well

Dislikes

Zero skill development... Down the line you became useless without any skills. Results in no growth both interms of skill as well as salary. You cannot jump because you have no skills, you cannot demand for better appraisal because you ain't doing anything. You have enough kings and queens to bend infront of, from lead to manager, to admin to HR and sometimes even infront of office boy.

I like friendly nature with everyone, enjoying while working, lot's of fun & joke's with Co- friends,work loading is easy to achieve etc

Dislikes

I doesn't like timings,we can't be late for 1min it's too horrible, mangers were nt soon gud, they will play inner game's with employees, salary problem,no more hikee compared to another companies,no more benefits, they will have 2yrs bond with cutting some money, working only Excel to Boeing etc
