I was part of the key team of 3 persons who conceived and established the group. Two of the team became the owners and directors of the group and I became the first Business Development Manager of the group. Hence, I had some special privileges over other employees throughout my tenure The company was a well organized and well mamged company from 2005 (the start year) till Dec 2019 when one of the founding directors ( Indian ) died due to heatt attack. I decided to quit then but was requested to continue for at least one more year. The company was a reputed professional healthcare group during my tenure

Dislikes

I have no dislike for the group. The management wanted me to continue with the groip as long as I wish, but to quit and repatriate myself to india was my sole decision.

Likes

The above rating I have given is the way I have been treated, the management here is not transparent. Unprofessional supervisor (mediator) between staff and HR. Language and cultural discriminate with in Indians. The only thing I have learnt is hardship so that I can say the other place where I work is better. Very selfish company. But one good thing is the Doctors and staff are good. Job security, u can work till u live coz u cannot leave..... Dictatorship management. Loyal people cannot withstand here.
