Managers are pathetic. Management is pathetic. Nothing to be liked about company

Was part of ecm, Nothing is likable. Managers no good. Just there to suck ur blood. They don't care about if your getting married, not well, infected with covid or family member is dead. They will just ask you to join early and help in project. Pathetic manager, gridy. They themselves reward with position and money but not to actual employees who work.

They get good projects. They spend well for employees' mental health and group meetings.

Dislikes

Too much micromanagement. Their policy of providing two huge desktops instead of laptop is a bit annoying cause you can't move with those giants.

Great team and work culture, team members as well as senior management is very cooperative and overall the organisation is employee friendly. There is creative freedom for work. The professionalism is something to learn from and helps you grow as a working individual.

Dislikes

Coming from a quantitative primary research background, I initially struggled to adjust with the secondary research, syndicated study format. The lack of quantitative studies made me switch to my current organisation but that was probably a big mistake that I committed and it made me realise the importance, professionalism and employee friendliness of this organisation. Another point which I feel can be looked at is the use of dual screen desktop systems instead of laptop. Although that encourages planning and ensures work life balance, but sometimes affects health and is an issue where space is scarce. This would also help the company to cut down on costs.
