Dislikes

No work-life balance, Very less pay, No appreciation, Less to no project requirements clarity, No encashment/leaves for working weekends/ holidays, Demos/Meetings start mostly in the evening 6-7 PM Bonus tip - If the manager tells you to do something keep a record of it, because if the implementation fails they will just say I haven't asked this to do.

... do whatever they tell you regardless of knowing fact that logic doesn't work. They want work from interns rather than full time and experienced employees because for interns work on overnight in less salary 10k. And last they fire you very quickly. All the best.
