This organization is Oracle cloud partner..so if you are from an Oracle background then there is nothing to worry about.

You have to learn and implement on daily basis otherwise, you won't survive here. Good for freshers actually, because in the initial days itself, they get lots of exposure.

Great organization to work with where you will be groomed in all together to different technologies. Director named 'Anil Passi' is a guy with vision and perfectly a class person to interact with. Overall, there you have the freedom to put your ideas in front of management.

Dislikes

Pros : 1. Less Micro-management 2. Flexible timings(Of course, it work needs then you have to put extra effort as well) 3. Lots of learning opportunities. 4. Your ideas and approaches are most welcomed. Cons: 1. Lack of resource planning. 2. It is less chance that you will be specialized in one particular area.
