Because there is a good behave of all senior person and salary , Incentive and fuels amount also released on time and all extra benefits also given to the employees and extraordinary benefits to the public also given by the organisation at CSR activities on time to time

...liday,so I am dislikes working at fusion microfinance.l am working in company 5.7years but my net salary is 16800,so I am dislike the system.

Payment is done on timely.

Reporting Manger treats like he is chairman of company, Any mistake had been done then they cut salary or Reimbursement and not cooperative nature to junior employee. Always force to work more than HR policy.

Woking culture is good as well as timely salary given to employees and apart from this timely appraisal and promotion and lots of excel work u need to do here which is actually a skill developing thing and lastly i would say fusion is completely like a family environment company where everyone from upper to lower in touch with each other, very much supportive environment.

Salary is not good according to positions specially other than operation department.

...timing is not fixed they often make me work for minimum 12 hours per day & work force is higher than the salary paid

Full work system is bad like work force .timing. salary paid .work pressure if you are not achieving their target than they will threaten you again that you will be fired
