Undeserving and not qualified people get promotion & other benefits, Management is not favorable to the employees but to their managers and team leaders only. There is no way for a employee who thinks out of the box as their are some fact that not let you do things as you want.

Software Manager doesn't know anything about coding, only checks and replies to mails all day. Takes projects only after getting approval from senior developers because he doesn't know anything about them.
