A great work culture, wherein each & every employee can approach anyone in case of any need, be it anyone from the Administration Dept. or even the Directors of the Company who are very welcoming. An organization which is more focused on learning and skill development and not just the targets. Weekly review meetings are conducted to check for the progress of every employee.
