mediocrity is celebrated, so there is no pressure. there's nothing new to learn so everyone is happy doing bare minimum for the less salary. No one gets into work so the culture is " you dont ask me to do anything and i'll return the favour"....

Dislikes

the salary, facilities, perks, growth options are outright pathetic. working is chaotic due to low salary, so no one is motivated to do quality work. There is no foresight or plan for the future and all decisions are knee-jerk reactions. HR is outright lame and incompetent. There's no future here as the co itself is struggling....

work environment is very good, stability is there , your concerns will be heard and action will be taken , your work will not get unnoticed if you work smartly , CEO of the company is really good and kind . I am so happy with the organisation.

Dislikes

Nothing specifically , but yes salary hike and appraisals are the areas where work needs to be done. Giving rewards and recognition ( in the form of bonus and salary hike ) increase the intent of working in the organisation.

...f they will not accept, they will extend their employee reason for 1 to 2 weeks. After that they will cuts their salary without any intimation. Still lot of things to say.
