Poor design choices along the trends. Recommend not to join any architect, it will demolition your career. Senior management are the worst don't care about anyone.

My senior (ALZO) use to give her personal work but till that time no permanent employment and huge salary deduction without any reason. She use to send me and excucation team to her personal site which is unprofessional.

There is no scope for a designer to develop his career in the field of designing. And in the sales also if you done good sales the store manager will take some the insentive which you had worked hard for. Worst management, no one knows what is the process.

Nothing is there to like. Your a just robo. You should a yes what they said.

Everything thing. You are a just manager. Everything is in management hands. They don't trust anyone, they don't respect anyone.

There is nothing such as job security out there. They are more like money driven not mission driven. Sales are the core strength where your performance is judged in whole organisation irrespective of your designation, yes they are new to the market ideas it will take time to adopt to the new domain sooner or later shift will happen.

Dislikes

Well ! First would be lack of development and more of personal ego clashes within team that culture being eradicated this place is heaven for the employees.
