Here is how they did it Call for Pest control -> Inform all engineering team to skip office for a day-> Fire them via Video Call - {Hats off HR lead !! Salary was on time... Rest nothing to appreciate here..

Dislikes

No motivation for employees. No respect to contract labour. No discipline in any Warehouse. No value to customers. No more proper funding raised due to which very less or no appraisal or increments. Top managements involvement with vendors for Under the Table perks and favours. No proper hygiene for Men or Women in any Warehouse across. No proper Quality checks for products. Very poor Security and Housekeeping agencies. No facilities or Employee Engagement for staff. No Customer service for customers. Company in heavy debts, after 13 to 14 years also, they call themselves a startup. Competition companies have progressed alot, atleast in terms for customer service, products, logistics. Don't think of joining here.. keep it as a last option or better to sit idle rather than torture.

Dislikes

Too much customer orientation this should not be that much. Sometimes nepotism, talent and skills are secondary. Work life balance is very poor you have to be present on system 24x7 otherwise you will not get noticed and this will effect increment process. Roles in organization define your working hours and work load. Expectations from management get increased by the time you get experienced here.

Easy on life if you don't plan to upskill yourself and just want to bootlick your boss to stay in the company. Best place to make friends and plan on long trips for long weekends. Infact even director will join your circle and tag along for road trips. All talks mostly and less impact! Brand is more like an undergrad college! 11 am to 6 pm. Work hours are very flexible since you have a dedicated channel to inform planned family emergency.
