I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Personally there has been nothing that you can like or continnue to work for the company. The management really need to focus on the policy based culture rather a personality based work culture.

Dislikes

No proper food, work life balance is poor, no where to go outside only for HOD puppets, plant canteen facility is worst, no proper shed during summer and rainy season, facility for locals are good, Expats cannot get weekly off. HOD are substandard people treating Like school going kids, all issues are to be handled by shift incharge very pathetic life.
