The Company is making in zoom time. nothing much to this field more is required.

Compensation is very low though you are at the senior level. Chillar politics can be played by managers. Looking for a better opportunity.

I definitely recommend this for people who are at initial stage of their career good scope for learning

Pay is a factor who you need to think. If you are open for learning but not pay at initial stage then go for it

It's like a treat to very bad behaviour and more then conductions on leaves and work process also not good because pressure to employees 😔 I suggest to please don't join to anyone this company not giving to experience letter also

There is high incentives but there is no minimum respect to the employees

There is a low communication and it cannot help to future careers of the employees.they cannot give proper training to the jionees.
