This is my first company where I worked. I have learnt lot about fundraising with them I had worked with them for a period of 1year 3 months. There is no good incentive packages. Targets are very high. They pay very less salaries to employees. There is no growth for the employees especially in bangalore branch. There will be sudden changes in n working style by the time we adopt that there will be change again. Very stressed place to work.if you are a fresher you can try working with them you can learn about fundraising and techniques in fundraising. There will be no holidays for festivals. You got to work even on diwali, pongal, Christmas. There is no paid leave offered to employees in bangalore branch. You get only two leaves in a year that is Republic day and independence day and Sundays of course.

Dislikes

They do not give paid leaves or any leaves for festivals. The salary circle is very late. We would sometimes get paid only on 17th or 16th.

If you are able to achieve,no one will a say a word, but onces somehow you are not able to achieve you are gone
