Very good documentation culture (all work, project plan, decisions are well documented), probably done to not make company dependent on any of the employee.

Dislikes

CEO is not trust worthy- will tell one thing and will do just the opposite Job uncertainty - laptop & email may get locked at moment :p Politics in name of the 360 degree feedback
