...and along with the hectic work load, there was not even a heads up when I ended. Apart from not clearing an amount out of our my salary, i even had to ask them for my certificate. No appreciation, no professionalism. Really hope this help other interns before they join.

Likes

No proper management of the work, full of groups doing there politics. Non qualified people sitting on important positions thinking they know it all. Not a single manager is willing to work all they do is push work on each other and then blame junior for all the failures.

Dislikes

Very bad work culture, management, lack of experience, no idea how to plan and manage work and stuffs. Too full of themselves to take a suggestion or feedback. Abusive managers, who only want yes men's or fools to do whatever they say. No work life balance, no benefits given, no learning scope. Forget about growth. You will be wasting your time working here.

Everything is worst, Management is worth, Clueless Founders- Mr. Pritesh and Bharat Gupta, Appointed Joker for managing Data Science vertical, No respect for Team member, I Guess Housekeeper job is secure here in Functionup, Layoff people without any prior notification and Paying 50% of salary despite working for entire month.

Everything is worst here, Organization managed by donkeys like Dhirendra who himself dont know what to do. Just know how to HOWL like dog!

While my experience here has been overwhelmingly positive, as with any workplace, there are few minor aspects that could be improved: Communication Overload, Clearer career development paths to ensure or guide professional growth within the company

- Fast phase Edu-Tech, it has that entrepreneur class work vibe you get to feel the thrill. - They don't have night shifts, so you can sleep at night and work at day time. - You meet and work with people that are very experienced have a wide knowledge. - They respect your knowledge, and let you take ownership of things, that gives you an unmatched industry experience.

Dislikes

- Personally i try to be a Stoic, i try to think big, i try to play infinite games, i am blind to 80% Human problems, and God is Good to me every single day. - They are not helping me find a Girlfriend. (mind game:- if you expect a fish to climb a tree You will always dislike the fish)
