The company growth is very slow. Job lacks security. The salary is very low. There was no holiday in weekend. The quality of management should improve in the company.

The work environment is very flexible and friendly nature towards staff and the senior management are very co-operative and they trained us how to deal with situation and to give proper knowledge of food cost inventory budget making and to handle also account section in short they give through knowledge of management so that a manager how to operate the organization.

Dislikes

The dislikes through working here is good but the salary is not good enough so after all the main thing is about how much money I earn after giving so much effort to the organization so I disappointed about the increments of salary.
