Working at FullThrottle Labs has brought to me a unique perspective of running a company. Working closely with the top level management ensures that everything is transparent and clear. The work culture is pretty lenient although the work can be quite demanding at times. So if you are not the self-motivated, enthusiastic kind you might not fit in well. Everyone here has a learning attitude and they try to explore and experiment rather than following the standards. A lot of decision making is left to the employees themselves which help in personal and professional growth. The amenities provided in the workspace is top notch. From coffee machine to bean bag rooms to indoor games, you have everything at your disposal.
