This company treats employees like robots, not humans! No proper week-offs, and even when we do take a break, they expect us to stay available. Do they think we don’t have families, commitments, or a life outside work? Just because the company is struggling doesn’t mean employees should be punished for it. Instead of motivating the team, they drain every bit of energy from us. Absolutely zero respect for work-life balance. If you value your mental health and personal life, stay FAR away from this place!

The way superior behave. Such a fake people and not at all helpful for a newcomer to learn the job and work with as a team. Really dissatisfied

Horrible and full of politics and NO growth for the deserving. They follow hire and fire policy with no proper he policies and also work on bosses appeasement. No work life balance and no job security
