Work from home option is there. Salary wise also ok.There is no variable pay. All is fixed.

Dislikes

They usually hire people for a particular project. Once project is over, they move people on bench and then people are laid off. Basically there are no much projects available, hence there is no job security. Hiring process is also very much tidious.Communication from company side is not proper.

There is nothing to like about the organisation.

The organisation will suck every penny out of your salary with zero job security as they have their internal politics and will never appreciate your hard work despite of the time you dedicate to your work. If client need is there then they will not give you a single day off. More precisely the management is worst and all they care is about their internal politics and will not give you notice before releasing you and most importantly they will ask you to resign from the system that too without any reason

As the projects are client specific the company has to align with the deadlines of the client and the company never say no of the deadlines are unrealistic and commits so people overwork many times.

The employees are supportive, management is good. Salary on time. Benefits are good. Work from home . Lots of HR activities.

Since it’s a third party vendor for clients, you may feel insecure about your job once project gets over.

If you have a development project, then the growth and upskilling is good, but most projects are maintenance only.

Dislikes

It has the worst work life balance, if deadlines are stressful then it is difficult to survive. Logical discussions are less and blame game is more. People often talk badly and management never accepts their wrong doing.
