The Company management is good but the policies are worst like they will not allow you to work more than 1 year in 99.99% cases. There's no value for the loyalty and honesty. You can only go for it if you are searching for best opportunity and you don't have time to come up of it.

The teammates, line leader and Supervisory staff is too good but no proper training, no job security, no career growth and work-life balance. you can learn here only is that how corporate life works
