Got a friendly employee manager and able to complete some certifications. 3. Friendly colleagues. There are some good project and SDM available in this organization but what I received is in dislikes

...test update of technology in same technology which I was expert 2 years back. 8. Salary hike will be like high salaried employees will get low percentage and low salaried with some better percentage. 9. 90 days notice period. On the whole, its all based on my and most of my colleagues experience and some might have got better experience.

Sorry to write like this but I have to give genuine feedback for further new joiners, it should not happen for new joiners in feature. I have joined as a trainee and put me into Japan language training. We are new to Japan language and Faild N5 level in first attempt. Before getting results HR informed like we will terminate before getting results itself. In aggreement they haven't mention any point we will terminate in traning duration if performance is not good but they terminated us and they haven't given any experience letter for that duration. HR communication is very poor , when we ask for experience letter they are saying we can't give. Please consider my feedback and take this point to higher authorities. Regards, Lakshmiprasanna s

Management are just spoiling brand Don't trust management Dey flip anytime..backbitting n Play divide n rule methods..even within management everyone is loves to c others in trouble n enjoy

Good place to work with Good people in Great environment... Work Balancing is Very Good.. You never get Work from home for months anywhere But in Fujitsu you can (depends n client, mostly no restrictions from company side), Every month many skill training's company will conduct with internal/external experienced people..if u r interested u can learn well...Very Less Politics.

Now a days reduced salary hike.. Very limited projects for few Technologies..
