A non capable reporting manager is always dangerous for a front line sales person. My reporting manager was not in a position to understand wat problems I underwent during my tenure in Fujifilm sericol. His mantra for sales is offering less price then existing supplier to customer and zero customer rapport , zero technical knowledge of narrow web is a big minus by him. Actually that person is fit for admin jobs not for the sales job. And management entertaining such people is bad for the company in long run
