Hostile workplace, no regard to loyal sincere employees. You are asked to work extra and shift and no talk of compensation/allowance. Pathetic leave policy. Only one client they have and that too pathetic and want to extract juice out of employees for free. My advice better not join, but if you are okay with above all then, all at you own peril.

The company is well structured and sorted management team that ensures smooth operations. The working hours are flexible based on projects and personal situations, making it easy to maintain a good work life balance. The HR and Admin teams are cooperative and always ready to assist. Additionally, the owners are approachable and create a positive work environment. Overall, a great place to work.

Meaning of MNC is having head office oversees on their website location mention as california, Mexico, los Angeles but don't have offices their only single entity people works remotely they have office only in India how come it's MNC? Employees working on overlapping timeing but following Indian holidays and leaves being MNC should be applicable of MNC policies right?

Dislikes

Their are people on directors level unable to even communicate properly.. most of things are unclear. Poor office infra.

The Leadership team has truely been supportive, transparent and approachable. I feel valued as an employee and there is always something to new learn and I am constantly growing in my role
