...ny but after sometime you will come to know that your a puppet in the company The great thing about the company was salary will not be on time and they will hold your salary if we beg also they will not release the salary ask us to work for another month if you want that salary, another great thing about this company was their CEO, no employee benefits, no response for employee problems, full of politics who ever clean their managers feet, without any problem they will survive in this company. No support will be there from management or reporting managers here even need to report to office boy if not it will go to CEO that you have not reported to him. Please don't join this company and don't waste your time and don't ruine your life with this so called company.

Since it's a startup company you can directly go to upper management for queries.salary and benefits was good .now company have made improvement in their organisational structure

No dislike,it has same work pressure as other startup have that you need to tackle.

The joining process is smooth. HR is just for name's sake. All decisions are taken by the director.

There is no policy in place. Everyday the management comes up with new ideas. They will make you join the company witha good salary, but after 2 months will ask you to work on commission basis.

...arly 50 old employees terminated by false statement. They have no proper policy. They cheat our salary. Please please dont trust this company. They are all good speakers but nothing actions and execution there. Simply waste of our mind and time
