It isn't data analyst job as SQl Power BI, Python not required just a Video based data entry job Easy work anyone with basic English can do Quality check is not even 50% Would be great place to work if Mangement learns some manner and proffesionalism If management changes the job position instead of the scam position Accept the fact that your managers end up getting entry level job we can see it through Linkdin

Hire and Fire culture as rightly said No job security, higher attrition rate due to cheap politics by the management No use of promotion as everyone does the same job with different position Higher pressure 2 people work assigned to a singer person +10 hours work Worst part is senior manager once leaving the company ends up getting a Entry level job Check the actual JD of Data analyst before falling for the scam Position Inappropriate comments are made by management's with is disgusting Advice Change the job position as Video based Data entry Teach some manners to the Management POSH training is must for the management Stop blackmailing the employees over posting the factual reviews instead work on the Cons

No job security higher attrition rate No technical skillset are acquired Tools used are limited to the company so no future scope High number of target 2 people target assigned to a single person Management has no manners very rude Their promotion is a scam you end up doing the same job as analyst (with few extra work) and work more, with no future scope as senior manager struggle to find a new job and they end up getting entry level job Stop blackmailing employees over posting factful reviews instead honestly accept it and work on it

Weekend off but you will have to extend your day as they allot 2 people's target They prefer quantity over quality

Higher attrition rate due to cheap politics Promotion has no value as you have to extend your day and once you leave the job you will end up a low profile role No job security Management is highly unprofessional You will acquire no technical skillset here so you will end up as a unskilled person Worst work culture and the environment

They should value their employees... If there is a medical exigency they shouldn't simply ask employees to either join or resign. No empathy. People join a startup leaving real good mnc options just so that they can learn a lot from startup n grow with the org but if there is no job security if someone is unwell then why would someone take a chance and trust a startup when the company did not show any trust or empathy.

No empathy for genuine medical reasons inspite of showing documents on real time basis just because there was business exigency. No trust in employees
