Sagar Panchmatiya - Not a genuine guy as ignoring staff salary and keeping for himself. He is not releasing salary of the staff and giving no reasons whatsoever. As no action has been taken, he himself is thinking great. But I will show him my power so that he may not do the same with other staff henceforth. Not a trustworthy person.

There is no job security, no culture, very bad management not getting any kind of satisfaction while working pressuring for work with very less timeline, and company policies are terrible. I would like to suggest that get all the information of the company while joining, my suggestion is not good place to work, you will not grow your knowledge over there.

Very bad management system, pressuring for work delivery in less time no proper salary time and mine 2 months salary pending to company just giving reasons for not giving the salary work which need 4-5 months to complete they want that work to be done in 1 month think twice to join such companies salary is not on time they failed to give my 2 months salary and I am requesting to company to raise my salary but they are giving some nonsense reason for which they don't want to give my salary, no freedom in the office all Managers do dictatorship in the office they also want to interfere in employees personal life.
