...t I have never seen one like this. They are using a hire and fire kind of model. They conduct interview on phone, hire you showing some handsome pay, until this the story seems to be so professional. The real drama starts after hiring you, they wont let you do what you are supposed to do, they make you run from the first day onwards. They do not have any kind of branding. Still they expect a miracle over night, instead of promoting their brand, they simply want numbers, even if you bring few they are not satisfied. They use all sorts of foul language from day one itself. Once you start asking for pay they start using the foul language more hoping that you ll resign or obscond on your own, if you don't they fire you telling that you are incompetant and send u some fnf form. But when you call back on fnf they wont even remember your name and start ignoring your calls. Their strategy is to hire people for a month or two, get some business and fire you without pay.

...acuse company blocked so many distributors account with funded 1 crore rupees. Another thing hiring staff in diffrent-2 location so that they are not able to paid their whole salary.If you can afford a legal Laywer for recover their payment as distributor/employee than you may we engage with them.Best of luckk
