Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

...ve worked for three years but trust me I have never known or seen who is the HR. Even after leaving the company I have mailed so many times about my salary slip but there is no response the salary is not good plus no appraisal

I have seen the worst company of my life,No job security,No any HR policy and they did not give my last month salary yet,After 2 year of leaving this hell. The RM was the hitler of Jhansi center with lose character.He treat like us as a labour.
