1. Work life balance is really good. Though it depends upon your team and manager. But it has been really good for me. 2. No Micromanagement- again depends on team 3. Opportunities to learn but depends upon one’s willingness. 4. Flexible working hours

1. Salary and compensation (benefits) is bit average as per industry. 2. Below average medical policy 3. Joined the his year only but seems like people haven’t got their last year appraisals and bonuses.

Likes

Work life balance is good. But with respect to paying out incentives the company is very bad. They take years to pay and also don’t pay full amount.

Dislikes

...poorly are given a long rope. And the employees who work are repeatedly grilled. Very low pay as well. Below industry standard. Zero scope for travel.

...ic work culture. bosses are workoholic. Only expecting everything from employee. No appraisal, no bonus, no increment. Favoritism. Too much work pressure. Company is confused about what they want to do. Every year changes in vision and mission. Sad politics with bullying. Takes toll on health and mental peace. Think twice about taking up an opportunity over here.

Fewer salary hikes No pantry option in your office locations HR is dead (even they also don't know about the policies or employee benefits, etc.)

Global brand, multicultural work environment, decent work-life balance, rapid changes, ease in decision making at each level, Pro-employee management

Dislikes

Non-payment of bonus. So if you're going to join Frost, forget about consultant/analyst bonus (which is 16% of total compensation). Negotiate well on the fixed CTC. Variables are almost never paid. Medical insurance is a benefit for older employees only. If you're for 5 yrs & more in the organisation, then only you're eligible for full medical benefits. In a way, co. wants to reward loyalty at the cost of making some portion of employees unhappy.
