Colleagues are friendly and helpful. Even seniors are supportive in terms of work. Finance HOD is a good person when it comes to helping in work but otherwise there is chaploosi. Good scope of learning for engineers and SAP developers.

Dislikes

...ours. 3- No scope of growth in finance field. They give you accountant's work. 4- Salary growth is pathetic. 5- Only employees with high salary get increament. If you want growth in terms of salary then you have to do chaploosi. 6- No perqs and benefits. 7- Useless HR. 8-Poor hygiene. 9-If you are a female, think twice before joining.

Only colleagues are nice at this organisation. If you are not a reporting manager then you the responsibility part is way too less.

Dislikes

No work culture. Employees are treated as personal assistant. No limitation on work timings. Career growth is nil if you are in finance department as most of the work is handled by GM & AGM only. Leaves and appraisals are also pathetic. No corporate culture at all.

the company worki is very innovative and adopts new technology time to time.This is a excellent place to gain foundry knowledge and i must say company provided excellent career growth to me.

the work pressure is very high.i have to work 10_12 hours peri day sometimes it was increase upto14 to 16 hours
