Everything I like I don't say anything for dislike about this company. Every long distance for me. I have 5 year experience of the company. Promotion should be delayed only

Just repeating same work over and over again. HR department is very pathetic you should not expect them to be acting like an HR department in an MNC. Dirty politics are everywhere from house keeping staff to top managers.
